By using Ideal Rishtay, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for providing accurate information. False or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties.

All profiles undergo manual verification. Ideal Rishtay reserves the right to reject any profile.

Users agree to communicate respectfully. Harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

Some features require payment. Package details are available on the Packages page.

Ideal Rishtay connects families but does not guarantee marriage outcomes.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our terms without prior notice.

Advance fee is NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.

All communication, payments, profiles, and agreements are recorded and saved permanently.

All fees must be paid within the agreed timeframe after rishta is finalized.

Rs. 1,500 per day will be charged as surcharge for delayed payments beyond the due date.

By using our services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all terms.

Ideal Rishtay reserves the right to take legal action against defaulting families.

All legal expenses shall be borne by the defaulting family.

In case of payment default, a penalty surcharge of 3X the original fee will be applicable.
